You may cancel your reservation for no charge before 11:59 PM local hotel time 3 days before arrival date. Please note that a fee of 1 night room rate and tax will be assessed if you must cancel after this deadline.

About Dallas CASA
Dallas CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) trains and supervises community volunteers who advocate for the best interests of children who have been removed from unsafe homes. Supported by professional staff, volunteers gather information and make recommendations to help judges decide the services each child needs to heal from trauma and where a child can grow up and thrive when returning home is not a safe option. For many foster children, a Dallas CASA volunteer is the only consistent, caring adult during a frightening, uncertain time. Now in its 45th year, Dallas CASA is able to accept 100% of court appointments and serves more children with volunteers than any of the more than 900 CASA programs nationwide. In 2024, 1,009 Dallas CASA volunteers were assigned to advocate for 2,042 children in protective care. Dallas CASA depends on the community’s generosity and commitment to make sure every child in need has a CASA volunteer advocate. To learn more, visit dallascasa.org.
Are You Ready For Some Baseball?
For those attending the National Convention in Dallas TX we have a treat for you. The Texas Rangers will be in town Aug. 8-13 during our National Convention. They will be playing the Philadelphia Phillies Aug. 8-10 & Arizona Diamondbacks Aug 11-13. The Rangers play in the their recently opened, state of the art new stadium Globe Life Field in Arlington TX. The stadium itself is quite a place to visit, then you get to add the experience of attending a Major League baseball game. Immediately adjacent to the field is the Texas sized entertainment complex known as Texas Live. It is over 200,000 square feet of restaurants and bars that is the perfect place to eat and/or drink before the game. Believe me when I say Texas Live is like nothing you have ever seen.
In cooperation with the Texas Rangers, we have set up a special event just for convention attendees. Our event will be on our scheduled off day, Tuesday, August 12, with first pitch at 7:05 pm and will feature a game between the Texas Rangers vs. Arizona Diamondbacks. We have secured the Sky Box section of the ball park for convention attendees to sit together and enjoy the game.

Tickets are $37 plus tax and convenience fee. The purchase deadline is May 12, 2025.
